Terms
Terms of use
The website is information. A project starts only when both sides agree in writing.
Last updated 25 September 2026. These terms cover use of https://growbizdaily.com. They are not a project contract.
Quotes are estimates until scoped
The cost calculator shows a planning range. A WhatsApp reply is a conversation, not a fixed price. Work begins after we send a written scope and you accept it, including what is included, the timeline, and the fee in INR.
Ownership
When a project is paid as agreed, you own the custom code and design we created for you, except third-party tools, fonts, stock assets, and open-source libraries, which stay under their own licences. We do not lock you out of the repository.
No fake guarantees
We do not guarantee a Google ranking, a number of leads, or a revenue figure. SEO and ads depend on your offer, competition, and what you are willing to publish. We will not invent client results on this site.
Acceptable use
Do not use the form to send spam, malware, or requests for work that breaks Indian law. We can refuse a project.
